Polar Dream Travel Receives Prestigious Award at Affluent Travel Collection Symposium 2024
Before I headed to the airport for the Affluent Travel Collection Symposium (ATCS) 2024 meeting on the morning of September 24, I received the reassuring email that the event would still run as scheduled.
Hurricane Helene was approaching Florida, but upon checking into my hotel in Naples, I learned that while ATCS was still on, the following Travel Market meeting would be postponed until 2025.
Polar Dream Travel joined ATCS and TravelSavers in February 2021, right in the midst of COVID. I attended my first ATCS and Travel Market meetings in Las Vegas in October 2022. It was a wonderful opportunity to connect with industry experts, vendors, and fellow travel agencies, allowing us to learn from each other and set goals for the future.
I was thrilled to learn a couple of months ago that Polar Dream Travel made it into the TravelSavers Elite program for 2025. It was an incredible surprise to hear our name called and to receive the Soaring Eagle Award for superior agency sales growth at the award luncheon on September 26. As you can see from the picture above, I was definitely not prepared for that moment!
This experience reminded me of two years ago when I sat at the back of the award dinner in Las Vegas, witnessing the shining moments of the award winners on stage. I never imagined I would be up there myself just two years later.
I cannot thank each of you enough. A huge shoutout to all our clients over the past eight years. Without your support, we wouldn’t have come this far. Our mission remains to find you the perfect once-in-a-lifetime expedition trips, and I look forward to serving your travel needs for years to come.
