Please follow the steps below to expedite your booking process.

Step 1. Send an email to reservation@polardreamtravel.com for desired departure date, itinerary, cabin type, passenger names and genders. We will hold spaces based on these requirements. If the requested cabin types become not available, we will hold the next level up cabin types for your confirmation.

Step 2. Once received hold confirmation from us, please following the payment instructions sent in our confirmation email to complete the booking process within 48 hours. Otherwise the spaces held will be released. Please don't make any payment online before receiving hold confirmation.

Step 3. Once payment is received and booking is confirmed, we will send you updated invoice reflecting your payment, and next steps.​
